In early 2016 Healthwatch Hounslow ran an evaluative survey to examine mental health service provisions available and being accessed by children and young people (“C&YP”) in Hounslow.

In June 2016, Healthwatch Hounslow carried out a survey on primary care GP access for patients in Hounslow. This patient survey was commissioned by the Clinical Commissioning Group in Hounslow.

Our 2015 - 2016 Annual Report highlights our achievements as the patient voice over the last twelve months.

The Mystery Shoppers Pharmacy evaluation project was carried out in 2015 and 2016 to evaluate the working of the pharmacies in the Hounslow borough using Mystery Shopper scenarios.

The aim of this evaluation was to understand how Greenrod Place and Park Lodge House function as Extra Care services, whilst catering to the needs of their residents in Hounslow.

In early September 2015, Healthwatch Hounslow began a Survey to review the Ambulatory Emergency Care (or AEC) service, currently based in the West Middlesex University Hospital.

In January 2015, Healthwatch Hounslow visited Greenrod Place Extra Care scheme, Brentford, to carry out a service user and carer consultation.
