The Falls service is provided by Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust (HRCH).
Hounslow Public Health, and other key stakeholders would like to understand more around awareness of the service and barriers to self-referral, and for those who have used the service, any issues around timescales for referrals and how the referral pathway operates.
