🚨 Calling all members of the Type 1 Diabetes community! 🚨

You are invited to participate in an essential initiative aimed at shaping the future of type 1 diabetes research.

Could you, please, help us decide the important questions that should be answered by research to improve the wellbeing of people and families impacted by type 1 diabetes?

We are currently in the second phase of the Diabetes Type 1 Priorities Survey, which seeks to establish the top 10 research priorities for this condition.

By ranking the identified priorities, we can focus resources and attention on areas that hold the greatest potential for improving outcomes and quality of life for individuals living with type 1 diabetes.

Your answers can help us to find important areas to research.

Your participation in this survey will help ensure that the voices of experts like yourself are heard in determining the direction of future research efforts.

If you are over the age of 18 and have ever been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, are close to someone who lives with type 1 diabetes (e.g. family member, partner or friend) or are a professional involved in the care of adults with type 1 diabetes we want to hear the questions you would like answered.

This can be anything about type 1 diabetes that matters to you (for example the risk of diabetes, screening/prevention and cure, diagnosis, treatment, the challenges of living with diabetes, improving the day-to-day living with diabetes or the complications of type 1 diabetes in adulthood etc).

The survey will only take a short amount of your time, yet its impact will contribute to shaping research agendas, guiding funding decisions, and ultimately, making a difference in the lives of those affected by type 1 diabetes.

All responses will remain confidential and secure.

We appreciate your trust.
