Free Courses at West London Wellbeing and Recovery College

West London Wellbeing and Recovery College is open to everyone eighteen and over in Hounslow.
It offers free educational courses and workshops on physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and recovery.

The spring term courses include lunchtime workshops and evening courses on a range of topics.

The Wellbeing & Recovery College is a training and resource centre which develops and delivers education and tools to support wellbeing and the self-management of mental health difficulties.

We work with you either to support you in your recovery or to help you support someone for whom you care.

Our wide range of courses are open to those using the Trust’s mental health services, staff, carers, families and supporters.

They are also available to local authorities and partner organisations.

Courses are co-produced and delivered by a member of Trust staff and at least one peer trainer, recognising the equal value of professional training and lived experience and expertise.

The college works to an educational rather than a clinical model.  We follow the guiding principles for recovery colleges as defined by Implementing Recovery through Organisational Change (ImROC).

You can enrol for free and pick and choose the workshops or courses that would be useful for you.
